Description
Job Summary:
ACCION International’s Knowledge Management Unit provides ACCION staff the capacity to acquire and share knowledge, while continuing to innovate in the services provided. The Unit it seeking a Summer Intern to assist in the area of graphic design, specifically in the following areas:
Participate in the definition of promotional and marketing strategies for Knowledge Management’s various internal initiatives.
Design and produce promotional materials for internal knowledge sharing events. Such materials may include flyers, brochures, e-mail communications and posters.
Design high quality training materials, including PowerPoints, handouts and other materials as needed.
Ensure that all materials produced by the Unit conform to ACCION’s internally defined design and branding standards.
The intern will also be involved in other Unit activities, including the coordination of training and other knowledge sharing events.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Knowledge of the following programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Corel, Indesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat;
Team player; and
Proficiency in Spanish and/or French preferred.
