Detailed Description This position can be located in either New York or Arlington, VA. This role will support quarterly marketing program execution for the investing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years work experience, excellent project management and relationship management skills, and good business sense. Marketing management (90%): Will assume day to day marketing campaign execution responsibilities for select new programs. Will work across the organization to ensure that all aspects of new campaigns are covered – operations, training, creative services, product management, sales, legal, and compliance. This includes writing creative briefs, partnering with creative services to drive creative development, obtaining necessary legal and management approvals, translating targeting strategies into solicitation list requests, and setting up necessary tracking and fulfillment mechanisms. Marketing effectiveness analysis (10%): Will analyze campaign effectiveness and test & learn results. Will recommend marketing tactics based on learnings and will propose new, high leverage tests. Assist in driving senior management communications and ad hoc analysis (5%) Job Requirements -Solid understanding of business and financial fundamentals - Detail-oriented project management skills - Deadline-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities at once - Excellent multi-tasking skills - Strong relationship manager with effective communication skills. Must be comfortable driving results through others and obtaining organizational alignment for initiatives. Comfortable making presentations to senior management. -Must think strategically. -Proficient in power point -Proficient in Excel - Proficient in math and able to perform results analysis, interpret results, and problem solve -Must be proactive and capable of self-directed work, but also be a good team player. Bachelors degree in with course work in quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, or mathematics. Top tier school Minimum GPA 3.5 Experience executing marketing strategy in a highly analytical environment. Will ideally have experience in competitive intelligence, budget management and forecasting, and marketing performance analysis. Must have an interest in creative strategy, although direct experience is not required. Minimum 1 year experience.
